Registration can be submitted by completing the on-line form.
Registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). To view the prices in your own currency, please use the currency convertor on the right-hand side of the page.

The World Mining Congress 2023 is offering three Pre-Congress Symposia, which will take place concurrently on Monday 26 June 2023.
Registering for a symposium includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

*A person can register for a maximum of one symposia only.
**The discounted amount is available for anyone who is registering for the full Congress as well as a Symposium.
A member is a delegate who is a current member of the following Professional Associations.

A non-member is defined as a delegate attending WMC 2023 who is neither a member of the defined Professional Association nor a full-time student.
Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate and will be required to upload a copy of their student identification.

An Accompanying Person is defined as the partner of a Full Registered Delegate – either Member or Non-Member. The primary registered delegate must register their accompanying person either at the time of registration or via the Congress Secretariat at a later date. The Accompany Person cannot be registered independently.

If you can’t make it to Brisbane, reduced registration fees will apply for the On-Demand Virtual delivery mode. They are set at 75% of the in-person attendance registration fee.
No. As we are within 10 days of the event, we have made commitments to suppliers. The virtual on-demand access will be a very valuable resource of the Congress.
You will be sent a unique login token via the Congress Secretariat. You will be able to access the content within 24 hours of that content being filmed.
In response to the demand from our local participants, who have advised that they can attend for a shorter period only, a day registration pass is now available. It is an in-person one day only access ticket.

Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Friday 28 April 2023
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made by 28 April 2023 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 28 April 2023 without incurring any cost penalty. There will be no cancellation allowance for failure to secure a visa to Australia.
In the event of a postponement all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Congress dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings and social function tickets will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the Congress Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund, which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.
In the event of the cancellation of the Congress, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.

In registering for this Congress relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Congress including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future Meetings. Your name and contact information may be used by the Congress Secretariat and other approved stakeholder, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.
